whether elizabeth warren violated ethics. new questions about whether she is practicing law without a license. megyn: fox news alert on the same day president obama speaks to the world about violence around the middle east. two news-making polls on the recent riots overseas. brand-new hour of "america live." the new rasmussen poll asked voters if relations with the islamic world are better or worse than when president obama took office four years ago. 45% said they are worse. 18% thought things have gotten better. 31% believe the president has not made any difference one way or the other. the president appeared before the united nations and blamed this most recent unrest on a video that insulted islam, portions of which wound up on youtube. a rasmussen poll shows americans don't quite believe that explanation. joining me, scott rasmussen. are these -- is it it a partisan poll? did you ask democrats, republicans and independents when it comes to our relations with the middle east. >> yes and there is a huge partisan gap on this. republicans believe the relations with the muslim world

aides did in appearing on this video where they were mocking elizabeth warren for her native-american heritage. that is apology sufficient and should this be an issue in this campaign? >> certainly it's up to the people of massachusetts to determine that. they have watched this race, they have seen scott brown tell people to take a look at elizabeth warren to determine her heritage, which is frankly offensive to me, people in massachusetts will make that determination. but i will say this. again, we have a race where elizabeth warren is fighting for the values that american families care about, making sure we all have an opportunity that our kids all have access to education, that medicare and medicaid are there for our families within we need them and that's the difference in the election and i believe strongly that elizabeth will do well in massachusetts in november. >> senator patty murray, thank you very much. thanks for being with us today. >>> and developing now, on "andrea mitchell reports," we are watching the united nations where israel's prime minister, benjamin net

to be selective. lately we focus almost entirely on presidential races. we love to fact check elizabeth warren, some of the claims on the massachusetts race, and we have not have the staff the reagan >> we have a section devoted to viral e-mails. i agree, we get the e-mails they send out to their supporters. they seem to be the same messages over and over again. sometimes they do go over the top, and just the other day we got one from the romney campaign. i do not know what they are thinking. they held a news conference saying they were going through another round of quantitative easing, printing money, so here goes a message to donors -- "barack obama is at it again, spending your tax dollars. two things about that. the fed is reducing the deficits. they are making huge profits return in record amounts to the trade. the fed is legally independent and run by a guy originally appointed by george w. bush. this was so completely over the top we decided we have got to do a piece of that, but pretty much these messages to true believers have got to exceed what we have already been debunked before w
